GOLD PRICES/NEWS
Gold prices moved higher since my last newsletter. In that newsletter I stated I thought that $415 an ounce would be hit before $440 an ounce. Well Gold has moved up but hasn't hit $440 yet. Looking at the charts I still think what I said is still in play. In order for me to like Gold again I would want to see at least a close above $440 an ounce. I would also like to see that on a weekly and monthly chart for longer term strength. However at this point I would rather be short than long Gold prices. I think the risk/reward is decent at this point with a stop on a close above $440 an ounce and the possibility of Gold going back down to $415 an ounce over the next couple of weeks.
I currently hold NO POSITION IN GOLD ON BETONMARKETS/FUTURES MARKETS. (Nor do I plan to based on this information)
